De Anza, like most community colleges, does not have any dormitories or student residences.  However, De Anza is conveniently located near many housing options.  Check out the Housing Guide below to view or download detailed information on temporary and permanent housing options.

Housing Guide

Housing rentals

Apartments and rooms for rent within the De Anza community are shared on Facebook.   Join the De Anza International Students group to connect with other international students.  You can find available accommodations from other students or members of the community; you can also post your own advertisements there.  Please be sure to read the tips in the Local Housing Guide above before entering into any lease agreement!

De Anza International Student Programs refers students who are interested in a homestay to a local organization called International Student Placements. These homestays can provide daily meals (breakfast and dinner) and serve as excellent opportunities for students to learn more about the American culture and improve their English skills.  If you prefer to live on your own or with other students (and you are 18 years or older), you can also contact the ISP homestay program for apartment living and shared housing options.

The ISP homestay program (International Student Placements) is a separate organization from De Anza ISP (International Student Programs).  Please be sure to contact the homestay organization for all related questions.
