Accommodating your Fitness Goals!

The APE program offers a broad range of courses to meet the fitness needs of students with disabilities. The curriculum is designed to accommodate personal fitness goals through individual as well as appropriate group instruction.  Classes are held on campus in a large dedicated gym or accessible pool, as well as off-site classes in the community.

The Mission of the De Anza College Adapted Physical Education (APE) program is to provide students with disabilities accommodations necessary for equal and effective participation in Physical Education experiences.
